Norwegian Fjord Horses
Our interest in the Norwegian Fjord Horses began with our friends at Barred-M-Ranch, who introduced us to Nova, a lovely brown dun mare.
This was our first real encounter with a horse and it let us know how gentle, the Norwegian Fjords in particular, they could be. In a world full
of quarter horses the Fjords really stood out from the crowd.
Anikka

Anikka is a smart grey dun filly. We will raise and train Anikka as a riding and pleasure horse.
Emerald C Aksel
NFHR #09-6115-S
Aksel was the first baby born on Emerald C Ranch and so, of course,
we've become quite attached to him. We have worked with Aksel from
his first day and he has become very gentle and calm. Very little
seems to startle
him. I plan to begin saddle
training this year (2011).
